Luis Goenaga Beauchamp from the Army Recovery Care Program swims competitively in the U.S. Army Trials at the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Aquatics Training Center on Fort Bliss, Texas, Feb. 28, 2026. ARCP manages the recovery of wounded, ill and injured Soldiers requiring complex care.
