Fort Bliss, Texas - U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Tyler Pollard participates in agility drills during wheelchair basketball practice, Feb. 26, 2026, at the Joshua W. Soto Physical Fitness Center, Fort Bliss, Texas, during the 2026 Army Recovery Care Program’s Army Trials. About 80 wounded, ill and injured active-duty Soldiers and veterans are competing in the following adaptive sports: archery, cycling, field, indoor rowing, powerlifting, shooting, sitting volleyball, swimming, track, wheelchair basketball, and wheelchair rugby.
